It is a project with a horizontal, open-concept design influenced by its rectangular shape and ambitious architecture. The house is strategically positioned to maximize fresh air and stunning views, considering natural elements like wind and sunlight for natural ventilation. The design seamlessly integrates interior and exterior spaces, forming a unified minimalist structure. A North-South axis divides the ground floor into distinct day and evening areas. Additionally, both floors offer spacious outdoor terraces, perfect for enjoying panoramic views of the sea and golf course.
