The Fourth International Conference for Consulting Engineering Work in Palestine  

 

GIRIH participated in the Fourth International Conference for Consulting Engineering Work in Palestine held in Hebron on  9-11 Novemer2022 at the Palestine Polytechnic University- Hebron. Alaa Albadri, a young architect of GIRIH team represented the firm in this mission participating from the Gaza Strip for the members of the authority of engineering firms.

Thirty papers over the two days of the conference had been presented, by twenty-five researchers from Palestine and Jordan .  The research papers discussed several important topics, including labor in the construction local market, consultancy services, green buildings, and their challenges, new technologies, modern technologies in conservation, and documentation of historical buildings.

this was a great opportunity to share experiences through discussions, raise knowledge of consulting firms in Palestine, network, and encourage younger generations of engineers.

On the sidelines of the conference, students participated in the exhibition of their graduation projects, which highlighted their creativity and abilities.
