Defacto is a modern commercial project in Gaza Strip. Despite of small area allocated for this building (350m2), easy and secure solutions are integrated to facilitate the movement of people in both horizontal and vertical directions, especially for people with disability.
Unique FACADE!
The project is an icon in Nuseirat camp that help to improve the urban environment there through its simple facades, and unique sloped curtain walls over the main entrance.
